HIPPO BIRDIE 2U

Jack is back from Great Grandma Billie's 90th Birthday. We were only there for two days but we did a week's worth of visiting in the 48 hours. Jack's new best friend is Aunt "Melanie" [Emily]. They played ball in Grandma's basement.

Here are some photos of the Birthday event. It was really well planned and attended by the entire Boone clan. Jack got to meet relatives from as far away as...California. Who knew? Still his very best relative is Emily.

Jack also got to visit Aunt Candy, Uncle Greg, and his Big sister Jennifer and cousin Grant. Like I said it was a whrill-wind visit with time planned to the minute. Candy gave jack a fuzzy Monster and Jack, when asked, named the Monster "Jack"...ha ha ha ha. Maybe he has heard that before? Regardless, here is a picture of Jack, The Monster, and Mommy.

Erik the Firefighter

Jack has a new friend, Erik. Grandpa sent Erik to Jack from one of his patients. Jack is just crazy about Firefighters. Erik sleeps on his own bed next to Jack and I hear Erik is going to Belleville on Friday to visit Grandma. Jack says Erik will have to ride in the suitcase. No problem, Firefighters are pretty tough guys. Jack has gotten to know some of them who eat at Jalapeno's. I think Jack and Erik need to go visit the Fire Station some time soon.
